Understanding the percentage bar

1. The Percentage Bar

  The Percentage Bar

2. The Balance The Balance This is probably one of the most important features of the game. Once you understand how the balance works, you will find yourself in the stronger half of the player base. Some important things can be said about the balance. First, the higher your balance, the stronger your defense against enemy attacks. Second, the higher your balance, the higher your interest income. Then why not keep your balance growing and growing? First of all, your balance is limited. The limit is equal to 200 times your pixel count. In other words: The more pixels you control, the higher your maximum balance. Now you know the basic rules about the balance. So it's time to talk about the percentage bar. The percentage bar shows how many units you want to invest in attacks. If the percentage bar is full, you invest 100% of your balance into your attack. In most cases, it's not recommended to invest 100%, because then your balance goes down to zero. And as we discussed earlier, when your balance is close to zero, your defense is weak and your interest income low. Therefore we recommend to invest less than 100% in most cases. A good start is to invest 20% of your balance into territorial and naval attacks. At this place we want to discuss one other idea. What is better? Attacking an enemy 20 times with 1% of your balance or 1 time with 20%? To answer this question, we have to explain another game mechanism. Each attack costs an additional percentage fee of your balance. To pay the fee only once, it's better to attack only once with 20%.

Allies

3. The Moneybag Icon The Moneybag Icon The game features a game mode with allies. Here two teams compete with each other. Members of the same clan will be automatically assigned to the same team. The winner clan gets one point while all other clans lose points. When you play with allies, there is a feature that doesn't exist in other game modes: The support of team members. By clicking the moneybag icon you can send a part of your balance to your allies. Especially if you are completely surrounded by friendly allies, this feature makes sense. In this case you can support allies that are in trouble. The most effective way to send support is at peak income. Be aware that each supporting action costs taxes of 6.25% of your balance. Peak income is reached when your balance is equal to 100 times your pixel count. Peak income is also a good point to launch attacks in the end game.
